Nurses and residents go to Canberra

The Nurses federation organised aged care nurses and residents to visit Canberra to talk to MPs and fight for a better resident to nurse ratio. The aged care population is predicted to soar yet there remains a shortage of aged care nurses working in the industry and an unhealthy workload on nursing staff.
