Aged care nurses struggling to care

As the population ages aged care nurses continue to face added pressure as they struggle to provide even the most basic care for aged care residents. Aged care nurses are asking for a pay increase and minimum staffing levels. Currently aged care nurses can be responsible for the care of up to 30 residents at a time.
