Tender Loving Cuisine
Tender Loving Cuisine is a community organisation that has for the past 15 years home delivered delicious and healthy meals to the aged and disabled living at home throughout Sydney. This service first commenced for the discharged patients from Royal North Shore Hospital and has since that time extended the service to all suburbs in the metropolitan area. There are various sizes and a large range of meals that are premium quality with most having the Heart Foundation Tick of Approval, many are Diabetes Australia NSW approved, and the majority are Gluten Free.

Northside Community Connect- Easy Care Gardening Program
The Easy Care Gardening Program helps frail older people and their carers maintain the garden. This service provides garden help and advice along with pruning, weeding, mulching/wood chipping and clearing of yards.
Northern Beaches Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT)
Northern Beaches Aged Care Assessment Team provide aged care assessment, referral and assistance to the frail aged and their carers in the Pittwater, Warringah and Manly area.
Aged Care Assessment Teams (ACAT) help older people and their carers determine their care needs and can refer you to the most appropriate service in your area. An ACAT assessment is needed before accessing government funded community aged care packages and residential care. This service is free. Referral to the service can be made by a doctor, carer, family member or health professional.
Jacaranda Seniors Activity & Respite Centre
This service provides activities for the frail aged and carer respite. Phone 9979 4299.
War Vets Day Therapy Centre
This service provides limited day therapy for people living with dementia, specific health treatments and lifestyle programs as well as activities for aged people in the community.
Anglican Retirement Villages (ARV) Community Aged Care
This service provides Community Aged Care Packages (CACP). These packages provide help with personal hygiene, toileting and dressing, meal/preparation and assistance. To access these services you need an assessment by the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT).
Northern Sydney Home Nursing Service - Manly
The Northern Sydney Home Nursing Service Manly offer a comprehensive range of services to help older people at home. Services include nursing assessment, help with personal hygiene, medication management, continence care, diabetes management, wound care, counselling and palliative care.
