Tender Loving Cuisine is a community organisation that has for the past 15 years home delivered delicious and healthy meals to the aged and disabled living at home throughout Sydney. This service first commenced for the discharged patients from Royal North Shore Hospital and has since that time extended the service to all suburbs in the metropolitan area. There are various sizes and a large range of meals that are premium quality with most having the Heart Foundation Tick of Approval, many are Diabetes Australia NSW approved, and the majority are Gluten Free.

Northern Beaches Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT)
Northern Beaches Aged Care Assessment Team provide aged care assessment, referral and assistance to the frail aged and their carers in the Pittwater, Warringah and Manly area.
Aged Care Assessment Teams (ACAT) help older people and their carers determine their care needs and can refer you to the most appropriate service in your area. An ACAT assessment is needed before accessing government funded community aged care packages and residential care. This service is free. Referral to the service can be made by a doctor, carer, family member or health professional.
Program of Appliances for Disabled People (PADP)
This program provides independent living equipment, aids and appliances to help people with a disability remain independent in the home.
Northern Sydney Commonwealth Carer Respite Centre
Northern Sydney Commonwealth Carer Respite Centre provides information, support and counselling to carers of the frail aged or people living with disabilities, chronic or mental illness. Provides assistance to access and organise respite care at home, at a day centre or in residential care. Carers can also get help in an emergency. Free call 1800 059 059.
Northern Sydney Home Nursing Service, Manly
The Northern Sydney Home Nursing Service provides a range of intermittent nursing care services to patients at home.
MWP Community Transport
A service for the frail aged that live at home and have difficulty accessing public transport. Service takes people shopping or on social outings.
MWP Community Aid - Home Modification and Maintenance
This service covers Manly Warringah Pittwater area. MWP Community Aid - Home Modification & Maintenance provides home maintenance and modifications by trades people at a reasonable cost. The service assists people who require more complex adaptations to the home including the installation of grab rails and ramps which requires a referral by an Occupational Therapist.
Manly Meals On Wheels Service
Manly Meals On Wheels Service provides and delivers meals to the frail / aged and their carers in the Manly Local Government Area & North Balgowlah. Meals are delivered Monday to Friday in the morning and are delivered cooked / chilled, hot or frozen.
Social outings on Mondays, a shopping service to Warringah Mall on Tuesdays and Centre based lunch on Fridays.
Manly Warringah Pittwater Respite Service
Manly Warringah Pittwater Respite Service provides flexible respite services to carers of people who are frail aged or have a moderate to severe disability or dementia. Respite can be regular or in case of an emergency.
