Community Aged Care Package (CACP)
The Community Aged Care Package (CACP) program is a government service designed to help older people stay at home for longer. The program provides an individualised package of home care services that are managed by a care coordinator. A CACP may include help with personal hygiene, meals, shopping and more complex nursing care.
