Medistore launched in 2003 as the National Distributor of the ProCair range of dynamic pressure care solutions for the nursing and residential care market. Through our local European and Asian procurement networks, we have expanded our product offering. Our range has grown to include:

Medistore understand that our customer’s time is valuable. Our ‘1300’ call centre is staffed by a dedicated team of customer service representatives who are continually trained to handle all enquiries and requests without the need to pass customers from person to person. The majority of calls received into our call centre are provided with a solution within the first call, and our call centre is operated from 8.30am to 6pm (AEST) to allow for variations in time zones across Australia
