My Life uses the latest technology to give you independence
and peace of mind. The My Life service puts you in contact
with people who are there to help around the clock.

Your personal pendant should be
worn at all times including in bed. It is
waterproof and should be worn in the
bath or shower.

If you need help at any time of the day
or night, press and hold the red button
on your personal pendant and count
to three. Alternatively press the large
HELP button on the table top system.
Talking to your My Life Operator
If you request help you will hear a loud
ten second alarm and your system will
connect to My Life response centre.
When the My Life operator calls you
back you can communicate with them
by speaking directly to the system.
