Catholic Healthcare Community Services- Wellness Centre

The aim of the Wellness Centre is to provide a variety of programs to meet the needs of older people and carers in our community in a friendly, safe and caring environment.

We focus on the positive aspects of ageing through health promotion, social interaction, music, crafts, quizzes, games, outings and discussions.

Our allied health staff can provide a range of exercise classes, individual physiotherapy and occupational therapy. These services are particularly beneficial after orthopaedic surgery or a stay in hospital.

An outreach Day Service is also now operating on Tuesdays at St Ives. Transport may be available.

This aged care service is focused on the needs of the frail aged.
