How do I tell my parent to stop driving?

 I'm wondering how to subtly tell my dad he needs to stop driving? He's has a few accidents and has some memory loss.

What I recommend is taking him to an Occupational Therapist - who will give him a driving test. That way it is objective person and it leaves you out of it. Depending on where you live there is probably a service available from the local Aged Care Team.
